Ignite is built around natural processed Brazilian coffee. Legender Especial is a blend of coffees grown in the unique micro-regions of Machado, Polo Fundo and Campestre, located in Minas Geria State, Brazil.  Most coffee regions in Brazil are well known for large coffee plantations. Legender Especial goes in the opposite direction, consisting of small farms called sitios. All lots are purchased directly from growers committed to quality and willing to provide detailed information about their sitios, harvesting methods, drying techniques and other relevant information about their coffee.

In addition to Brazilian coffee, we add a clean washed Latin American coffee to compliment the Brazil and add some sparkle and shine to the Blend.  Colombia Tolima is sourced from family-owned farms organized around ASOTBILBAO, a producer association with 50 members who live in Bilbao within the municipality of Planadas. Members of the association are graduates of Servicio Nacional de Apredndizaje SENA. SENA is a non-governmental educational institution that provides social and technical education to its participants. ASOTBILBAO strives to improve the quality of coffee by initiating technical support to guide coffee farmers on the best agricultural practices for quality coffee production.
