Ignite is our in-house espresso blend, it is designed to complement milk. With its rich molasses, chocolate and roasted nuts. This is our second darkest coffee, the roast flavor just barely comes through and the finish.

Brazilian coffee is the backbone of Ignite, for the last year or so we have been working with Ocafi. They are a specialty coffee importer out of Sao Paul Brazil and Berlin. Their focus on quality and consistency really shows. Brazil is the second largest coffee producing country in the world. Its unique profile and processing method makes it perfect for a classic espresso experience.

Depending on the season we cycle through washed coffees from Colombia, Peru and Guatemala. They are a small part of this blend but play an important role by adding sweetness and balancing out the sometimes-nutty profile of Brazilian coffee.

Processing: Natural and Washed

Drying method: Raised beds

Elevation: 1100-1500M
