We are back with year 2 of our favorite fall blend, this year it is a blend of Guatemala Huehuetenango Rio Azul, Colombia Pacamara Double Ferment and Colombia Jose Buitrago. This blend is roasted medium/dark, we dropped it right before 2nd crack. We tasted notes of dark chocolate, dried fruit, caramel and a hint of smoke. This blend is a deep, rich blend with a balanced sweetness and heavy body.
