


Ethiopia - Sidamo Guji Uraga
Sidamo is the southern providence in Ethiopia, it is among the larger coffee producing providences of Ethiopia. Ethiopia is a rather unique country as coffee grows wild, it is known to be one of the origin countries for coffee. Typically coffee is not sorted by varietal or defined as a specific variety and called Ethiopian Heirloom variety, however in recent years they have developed new variety’s in Ethiopia to help combat a fungus called CBD (no not what you think) and to aid in biodiversity.
This coffee is a tried and true profile for washed Ethiopian coffee. We tasted Peach, Apricot, Black tea and Jasmine.
