Fireside is a seasonal blend that combines unique coffees from Costa Rica and Mexico. This medium-dark blend is bound to warm you up with its subtle smokiness and notes of plum pudding, molasses and jam.

The first coffee in this blend is from Finca Nuevo, Mexico. This 75-hectare farm is family owned and operated. They priority preserving their environment, they set aside 320 hectares of land dedicated to natural reserves. This coffee is a washed process, but it has quite a lot of fruit characteristics.

Costa Rica Tarrazu Candelilla is the other half of this blend. We have worked with coffees from this family before and wanted to bring a different lot to the menu. This coffee is very sweet and balanced with notes of orange and apple
