Umbra is bold, smooth and enjoyable, smokey while still being sweet. We are bringing two washed Latin coffees together and roasting them past second crack. Peru is bringing the caramelized sugar while Colombia rounds it out with a boost in mouth feel and adds notes of dark chocolate, orange acidity and spices.
