From the Roaster:

We are very excited to bring this amazing natural processed Brazil to our menu. Early 2024 we started working with a small importer out of Brazil called OCAFI. They have been a joy to work with and they are bringing in the best coffee Brazil has to offer. This lot is exceptional, we tasted vanilla, tropical fruit and honey. We roasted this coffee a little farther than our normal light roasts but not quite a “medium” roast. Enjoy this coffee on drip or try it as espresso!

Sítio Três Barras is run by Patrícia, who has never been shy about taking measures to improve the farm, approaching development with an aim for a more environmentally-friendly farm. Not only is she a great picture of the strength of women’s leadership, showing the importance of supporting women’s unrecognized hard work in this field, but she is also an inspiration for those worried about maintaining the native fauna and flora of their farms.
