Anastasia | Medium-Light Roast

The name Anastasia means “resurrection or rebirth.” As winter comes to an end and the trees and wildlife come back to life we wanted to celebrate with this bright and fun coffee. You will experience bright acidity and a well-rounded cup, with notes of peach blossom, honey and wild berries. This blend is mostly from Ethiopia with a subtle hint of Colombia. We have two different Ethiopian coffees, one natural and one washed.
